Farm Stand Fun Day

On May 11th we're kicking off a monthly Farmstand Fun Day at our Rockdale Organic Co-Farm! Every second Saturday of the month the farmers will offer freshly harvested produce from the farm and we'll host a fun activity for anyone to join! This month we're offering a mushroom extravaganza with a food cooking demo by GGN Board Member and Chef Jen Matthews and a mushroom log inoculation demo by Saw Thet Naung, our Program Manager and a member of the Atlanta Mushroom Club.

1-4 pm: Freshly harvested vegetables and herbal products for sale

1 pm: Mushroom cooking demonstration with Jen Matthews

2:30 pm: Mushroom log inoculation demonstration with Saw Thet Naung
