A Meaningful Feast: Higher Ground

Through the generosity of our community, we raised more than $95,000 during our Meaningful Feast: Higher Ground, in support of the individuals who grow healthy food for their families and our community - thank you!

at the Historic Decatur Cemetery

Global Growers Network and our partner, the City of Decatur, are excited to present A Meaningful Feast: Higher Ground, formerly known as Decatur’s Dinner Party. This highly-anticipated culinary celebration highlights fresh local produce and features talented chefs from across the city. It returns to the Historic Decatur Cemetery for one last time before moving to Legacy Park in 2020.

This annual fundraiser is more important this year than ever before. In April 2019, floodwater inundated our flagship Bamboo Creek Farm, wiping out the majority of our wholesale operation and leaving five refugee farmers with an uncertain future.

Join old friends and make new ones over a decadent family-style, multi-course meal paired with a unique range of libations, and bid on special experiences and products in a live and silent auction. Mark your calendar, invite your friends and buy your tickets early – this event sells out every year!
