We're mixing things up!

I can't believe were already 10 weeks into the season! School is out, the pool is open, and the vegetables are flourishing!

This week were paying tribute to all of the great partner products we've had so far this season! Craving some Georgia Grinders Peanut Butter? Running low on Oliver Farms Sunflower Oil? Love the Red Robot Hot Sauce? Can't get enough of Banner Butter?Next week is your chance to re-up!

Each pick-up site will have a variety of partner products for you to chose from, but get there on time because we will be giving them out on a first come first serve basis.

What's a Daikon Radish?

Originally native to Southeastern Asia, Daikon literally translates to "big root". This large variety of radish is an excellent source of fiber and Vitamin C, especially eaten raw. The leaves can be eaten as well, but make sure you remove the greens first and store them separately in your refrigerator.

Kimchi is a staple in Korean cuisine and served on the side of just about every meal. A delicious, spicy mixture of fermented vegetables chock full of nutrients and probiotics, and it's easy to make! This recipe makes for a fun at home activity as well as a great gift! But also if you're me you just eat it all yourself straight out of the jar.
