Thank you so much for a great first week of the season! Please remember to bring your reusable bags to your pick-up site to help us reduce our plastic use on the farm. Remember if you ever need to change your pick-up schedule or if you want to add anything to your account for the week, you need to let me know by 5pm on the Saturday before the pick-up. This time allows the farmers enough time to prepare for the upcoming week. Do not forget to check the online store as it will be updated every week with new items that you can add to your weekly share.  If you have any questions or concerns please contact

Nothing makes me feel healthier then a big salad on top of a pizza. The spicy pepper taste of the arugula is so well balanced with the earthy beets and the creamy goat cheese to make this delicious meal everyone in the family will enjoy. If you don't want to bother making your own pizza dough, naan bread makes a delicious substitute.

Storage Tips- Green Onions

No one likes slimy and limp green onions.  The best way to keep them nice and fresh is to place them in a jar with about an inch of water and wrap them in a bag and put them in the refrigerator.  If you are prone to spills, like I am, I suggest wrapping them in a damp paper towel and putting them in a storage container in the fridge.  Make sure to replace the water, or remositen the towel every couple days.
