Partner Product: Red Robot Hot Sauce

Red Robot Hot Sauce started with two life long friends and a small, starter garden. When the only thing that would grow was a scrappy little jalapeno plant that produced peppers by the pound, Mike and Eric decided to try their hand at making a hot sauce to give to family and friends. After a number of unsuccessful attempts, they finally got it right. Learn more about their story here

Storage Tips- Beets

When storing your beets, you want to store the beets and greens separately, much like your carrots. Leave about an inch of stem attached to your beets, and they can last for at least a month.  Use the greens within a few days, so you have no waste.

What's Cooking? Sesame Noodles with Shiitake Mushrooms and Pac Choi

Pac choi is a two in one vegetable, it has a leafy green top and a crunchy bottom, creating an excellent texture. This is a nice recipe that can be easily modified and any extra vegetables can be added to make it your own.
