We are accepting applications for our 2017 Internship Program. Internships include a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week with flexibile start and end dates.
Global Growers hosts Spring, Summer, and Fall Internships in Community Development, Farm Production, Marketing, and Development and Communications. In addition to the development and hands-on application of specialized skills, our internships include training sessions and discussions designed to build a deeper knowledge of Global Growers programs and vision, the local food system, food sovereignty in a broader context, and our economically and culturally diverse local communities.
We work with universities to support class credit and university sponsored programs, although non-students are also welcome to apply. While these internships are unpaid, we offer delectable food shares and can contribute to transportation expenses for interns from low-income households.
Review our program details first, then check out the internship descriptions. We also have flexibility if there is a specific project idea you'd like to pursue. We'd love to work with you!
